As Engineering Manager, you are responsible to lead the engineering design team in its sustainable product packaging equipment. Sustainability and cost efficiency are the key words here.Responsibilities
+ Source and coordinate with key suppliers and the design development team regarding future packaging strategy.+ Develop New Machinery Packaging Technology solutions
+ Define performance standards and criteria for optimal operating framework of the equipment
+ Driving the machinery convergence program within the technology platforms, which include maintaining a database of best practice machinery, suppliers and packing hall configurations.
Requirements
+ 10+ Years of experience in the FMCG or related industry+ Project Engineer / Management Experience
+ Track record of delivery in Engineering and Supply Chain projects
+ Flexibility to travel
