THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

Well-known pharmaceutical company involved in the production and development of generic drugs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The QA Systems Manager will be responsible for the management and monitoring of Quality Systemas - Change control; improving, developing and/or implementing QMS according to national/international guidelines.
Provide leadership to 5-7 team members.

Type of contract: temporary via payroll or Freelance/ZZP
Duration: 6 months + potential extensions
Location: North Holland
Starting date: 1st of October (ASAP/ earlier is preferred)
Full-time & On site (working 1 day remotely could be directly negotiated with hiring manager)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up department goals
- Compilation of weekly/ monthly/ annual reports
- training management
- Assignment of responsibilities among team members
- Compliance of GMP and QEHS
- Point of contact for Change Control for internal/ external stake holders
- Execution of Risk Assessmentrs with the purpose of improving the QMS
- Initiate and manage the completion of optimization QMS projects
- Perform Change Control tasks in all disciplines (process, engineering, lab and automation)

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor/ Master in a technical or scientific field
- +5 years of experience in Quality within the pharma industry (in production processes and risk evaluation techniques)
- Strong managerial skills (and experience)
- Good reporting sklls
- Excellent command Dutch and English language (spoken and written)
