The Company

A biopharma Client of us, is looking for a new QA Manager. They are an international company who are developing and producing new products.

Role Description

In this role you will lead a small team and are responsible for QA activities in a broad sense. You will report to the QA Director.

Responsibilities

- Manage and improve the Quality Management System
- Manage the CAPA system: changes, deviation, non-conformity.
- Be involved in Audits and inspections
- Create awareness of Quality know how in the company
- Train and coach the current QA team

Requirements

- Master of Science degree
- Experience in quality assurance in the pharma and/or biotech industry
- Knowledge of GMP quality system
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
