Role Description

As manager of the QA Operations department you are responsible for managing the department, which consists of Quality Officers. You are responsible for cooperation and control and you ensure that operational processes are carried out in accordance with the quality systems and in compliance with GxP laws and regulations. You will report to the Director QA / QC.

Responsibilities

- Develop, establish and implement a quality policy as part of the total policy
- Have a review and approval of various GMP documents, deviations, change control
- Ensure improvement projects within the own department
- Ensure quality for the various (improvement) projects
- Have data recorded on the progress of processes and periodic reports on this
- Managing the department, coaching and motivating employees

Requirements

- BSc / MSc in Life Sciences
- Experience in managing a professional department
- Knowledge and skills in the field of QA management and scientific developments in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English and Dutch
