Our client is a professional Chemicals and FMCG organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will work on at of the plants in the south of the Netherlands. Here you will use your chemical knowledge in the encapsulation department. Specifically focussing on safety, customer service and quality you will coach and manage your team members to meet the clients' order. You show a drive for personal development and efficiency and you aim to improve management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands-on management of production
- Coaching and coordination of team of production engineers
- Lead and guide in production to exceed targets, focus on safety, cost-efficiency and sustainability
- Focus on individual development of team members to optimise internal communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in production supervision
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing
