New Shared Services Center in Gdańsk, the leader in the providing innovative products and services in B2B is searching for a: Management Assistant You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the General Manager and other managers in day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinating CSR activities
  • Preparing documents for reports and concepts as well as power point presentations
  • Scheduling - and travel management
  • Taking care of the e-mail processing and general paperwork
What we are looking for in you:
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Experience as an assistant in a higher management position
  • Exceptional organization skills, assertiveness, communication skills and the ability to cope well with pressure
  • Great attention to detail
