ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Manager Maintenance and Utility Manager you will keep all Site facility utilities, plant equipment, infrastructure and buildings in good operating condition to meet the required availability and reliability against the lowest cost, comply with the internal and external regulations.
Reduce costs by developing and delivering against long, medium and short term plans by introducing new work-processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure that all equipment and installations are kept in excellent operational state at the lowest possible costs, within the agreed budgets.
2. Reduce plant maintenance and operating cost (COGC – CvC/tn).
3. Improving equipment performance (OEE) by reducing downtime (MTTR, MTBF) and maintenance modifications
4. Ensure a reliable supply of energy; electricity, natural gas, drinking water, process-cooling water, compressed air, steam and an efficient Waste Water
Treatment.
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 10 year experience in the (food) industry at different levels and functional areas, mainly in maintenance, utilities, facilities, together with
significant project management and engineering planning skills.
2. Knowledge of quality assurance and (maintenance) management systems such as, ISO, HACCP, GMP, WCM, VDM, TPM, RCM-II etc.
3. HBO- or university degree in Technical discipline and Technical Business Administration.
4. Must have excellent analytical, commercial and communication skills
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills English and Dutch.
6. Is a team leader, must have a helicopter view, takes initiatives and have strong human resource skills to allow step changes in performance (Leading
Managing Change).
7. Must have the ability to make independent key business judgements, to find his way in a complex business environment and maintain effective
relationships both internally and externally.
8. Ability to work under stress and time constraints.
