Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Luik Belgium.
This healthy and growing company develops, manufactures and markets complex therapeutics and offers partners a complete spectrum of research, development and specialist manufacturing at its CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization).
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The mission of a maintenance technician is to maintain the equipment, to repair it in case of damage and to carry out the follow-up of the interventions on the technical installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will maintain facilities in working order by following SOPs. Also prevent any possibility of damage and directly inform the supervisor
In case of damage, repair the installations efficient. Next to that you will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise and carry out all maintenance activities in accordance to GMP standards
- Ensure follow-up of interventions
- Ensure compliance with EHS procedures during maintenance activities
- Write procedures related to maintenance activities
- Be the reference person for any equipment system that is in the field of activity that will be entrusted to him
- Define, purchase and manage availability in the stock of spare parts
- Train other maintenance technicians or subcontractors effectively for specific topics
- Report directly to the superior in the event of a material anomaly, close the work orders
- Identify and offer continuous improvement solutions
- Participate in the development, monitoring and completion of the shutdown
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Electronics, Mechanics and/or Robotics or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Assurance (Pharmaceutical industry)
- Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work in a dynamic team and in a constant evolving environment
- Proactively in order to propose new ideas, challenge hypotheses and share experience
