Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
My client is one of the fastest growing, international players in the Food Ingredients industry. Currently they're looking for an ambitious Maintenance Supervisor who can bring the Maintenance department to an higher level.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Supervisor is the connection between the production and maintenance. In this role you work closely together with your team of 13 maintenance technicians and coordinate the maintenance within three production departments. You are directly responsible for the maintenance budget of the three departments, also with the administration, controlling autonomous maintenance works of the operators and monitoring working processes and safety procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Preventive maintenance
-Monitoring working- and safety procedures
-Coaching the maintenance team of 13 maintenance technicians over three production departments
-Administration, following up via SAP
-Setting up Continuous Improvement projects
-Controlling autonomous maintenance works
-Directly reporting to the Maintenance Manager
REQUIREMENTS
-Education in Engineering highly preferred
-Minimum 4 years of experience in the Food Industry
-At least 2-3 years of management experience in maintenance (teamlead/supervisor)
-Speaking fluently Dutch and French, also knowledge of English is highly preferred
-Strong people management skills
