For our Client, an international company from FMCG industry, which has its location in the area of Wrocław, we are currently searching for a passionate Manager, who will join its structure at the position of Maintenance Managerdedicated to the production plant located in Great Britain in the region of East of England. Our Client is looking for a person, who is open for a permanent relocation to Great Britain, after about half a year working for production plant in Poland.

Being a part of production plant located in the area of East of England, the person on this position will be mainly responsible for providing engineering professional and technical leadership to the maintenance function in the factory, as well as ensuring that all maintenance activities enhance people's and product's safety, product quality, protection of the environment and operations performance. What is more, his/her scope of duties will include support and contribute to have a proper technical store management and build the maintenance budget, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking. Maintenance Manager will ensure that all utilities that may come in contact with product are treated according to the acceptance food safety criteria for product, as well as ensure that the maintenance of electrical services, performance of automation and MES in the factory, are in line with the production requirements. Moreover, the Manager will have to ensure optimum energy and water consumption at factory level, respect SHE policies.

To apply for this position you need to have at least 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing, consumer goods or automotive industry, as well as engineering or technical bachelor degree (mechanical, process, industrial engineering or similar). Experience in fixed assets maintenance responsibilities, including the preparation, definition, control and follow up of maintenance budgets are also essential to be a successful Candidate. Our Client is searching for a person who has personnel supervisory experience and participated in the development of small engineering improvement projects, defining technical equipment as a part of a multidisciplinary team, or participated in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment or production lines. It is important to have basics knowledge of costing guidelines, strong technical, communication and leadership skills, as well as analytical skills in problem solving. Our Client expect working following defined objectives and proactively tracking them. Due to multinational environment very good level of both spoken and written English is a must. Very important are also proficiency in MS Office and SEP Certifications.
