THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zeeland Netherlands.
It concerns a family-company specialized in fruit and vegetables. The work with high-tech machinery and are planning to expand or professionalize operations to prepare for future growth.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for all maintenance operations at the plant. You will design a maintenance plan and train the technicians. Your aim is to improve operations regarding machine reliability / sustainability and energy / waste reduction. You will also be responsible for asset management and project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will design a sufficient maintenance plan that is sustainable for future growth of the company.
- You will analyse the production process and will come with improvements shifting maintenance from corrective to preventive work.
- You will lead a team of multidisciplinairy technician and coach them regarding maintenance operations.
- You are responsible for CAPEX-projects and will also be responsible for Asset Management.
- You will report to the Site Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in the Food or FMCG production industry
- Working experience with TPM-methodology / Project Management / Asset Management
- Dutch / English / German Communications
