Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company is one of the frontrunners regarding the production and distribution of generic pharmaceutical products worldwide. They have plants/operations all over the world and have more than 43.000 employees in service.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the reliability and sustainability of production machines at the plant. The pharmaceutical industry knows many rules and regulations regarding production, and your responsibility will be that these processes will be executed in accordance with regulations that are applied in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be in charge of multidisciplinary team of technicians and support them in their work and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of production machines at the plant.
- Your aim is to shift maintenance operations from corrective to preventive maintenance.
- You will be responsible for investment/expansion projects concerning maintenance operations.
- You will report to the operations manager.
- You will safeguard improvements and will be concerned with the development of the technicians who are part of the maintenance teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Mechanical Engineering
- At least 6 years of maintenance working experience in a regulated production environment
- 4 years of leadership experience in the maintenance department
- Working experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred
- Dutch/English/German communications
