ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an ambitious Maintenance Manager you will be leading a team of Operational Maintenance Technicians. Closely working together with Engineering, Utilities and Automation you will work on curative and preventive projects. In maintenance you will be the responsible person to monitor several core areas of the production site: Quality, Safety and Clean and Efficient production. Translating your ambition and enthusiasm into effective leadership you will train and coach your team. As the company has a open and transparent structure and organisation you will be try to develop your team in giving their own creative input and having their own responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the planning, execution and management of curative and preventive maintenance projects
- Coaching, training and development of the team of Maintenance Technicians
- Budget responsibility for the Maintenance department
- You will be responsible for the determining and evaluation of external partners, focussing on Quality and Safety
- Monitoring and ensuring quality, timeliness and completeness of the different maintenance projects
- Responsible for translating activity info, material info and working hours into the ERP system, also working via SAP
- Responsible for supporting and monitoring Continuous Improvement Activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
- 4 years of experience in Maintenance in Food, Pharma, Chem or FMCG production environment
- 2 years of team lead / management experience
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Well developed influencing and communication skills
