THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
The company is specialised in the production of innovative products concerning bakery and chocolate. They have an international focus with multiple plants in the Benelux.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be in charge of a team of maintenance technicians who focus on the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. You will supervise that all the work that is performed by technicians is in accordance with rules and regulations. It will also be your responsibility that requests for preventive maintenance operations are prioritised, planned and the preparations for work are done.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for the coaching and development of the maintenance team
- Determine KPI regarding maintenance operations
- Continues improvement concerning maintenance operations by supporting RCA, redesigning maintenance plans and spare parts management
- Budget responsibility for costs made regarding your departement
- Managing the technical workplace regarding safety and quality
- You will report to the Engineering Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar
- 4 years of experience in an industrial environment with at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Work experience with CMMS (SAP ERP)
- Dutch/French Communications
