Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
My client is specialized in producing food products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role as Maintenance Manager you are responsible for leading the Maintenance & Engineering department of the three different zones in the plant. In total you will be responsible to lead a group of 20 Engineering and Maintenance specialists. In this position you have 4 direct reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Moreover you are responsible to lead and guide the EHS coordinator. As Maintenance Manager you are furthermore responsible for executing filtration activities, producing according the GMP standard, designing installations, calibrating equipment and focus your daily work processes on the RCM principle.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- GMP, GLP, GAMP, ISO900x/1400
- VCA-VOL
- Strong communicative personality
- Analytical
- Able to steer and motivate.
- Able to speak both French and English very well.
