M365 SharePoint SME (Subject Matter Expert)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Are you an open-minded individual looking for new challenges? Our client from investment banking industry is currently setting up End User Migration Factory - new area from scratch. Infrastructure Security Engineering (ISE) & Migration Factory Services team is looking for an experienced M635 SharePoint Online SME (Subject Matter Expert) to support them with migration activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide Migration of current SharePoint environment towards M365 SP Online;
Interaction with End Users and acting as focal point with regards to SharePoint Online functionalities;
Resolve complex technical problems in M365 SharePoint Online environment, aligning solutions with business needs keeping End Users' perspective in mind;
Evaluate/initiate SharePoint Online solutions which innovate on and/or improve End Users' experience;
Provide written recommendations and documentation related to migration activities of SharePoint Online, working closely with key stakeholders ;
Support with the end-user education

SKILLS

MUST

Technical in-depth and thorough understanding of the full capabilities of SharePoint Online
Experience with End Users' migration/support activities or any migration/transition projects involvement
Great customer engagement skills - you put the end user at the heart of what you deliver
Ability to lead a project from start to finish and report to PM and higher management status updates, RAGs and roadblocks
Ability to produce knowledge base articles and other online supporting documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

Previous experience in M365 projects is beneficial
Experience using forms and workflows using platforms such as Nintex is beneficial
Knowledge of Office 365 collaboration tools (Yammer, OneDrive etc) is beneficial
