Role Description
In this role as Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for the operational completion of orders for the assigned customers and market areas. Your time will be split in about 50% of operational work and 50% administrative activities like maintaining contacts with customers, suppliers, transporters and warehouses. Taking care of the administrative handling of orders and responding to signals from the market.Responsibilities
- Managing a professional, effective fulfillment of purchase and sales contracts together with the trade department- Arrangeme tariffs with transporters and freight forwarders
- Arrange and manage delivery agreements
- Organizing road and sea transports and loading
- Country requirements into functional instructions towards suppliers and freight forwarders
Requirements
- HBO+- Dutch, English (pre = 1 other foreign language)
- Experience with export documents and international payments
