Our Client is a global player on the e-commerce market with the distinctive portfolio of consumer products. The company has strong market presence in Asia & Pacific and USA and therefore is currently taking a strategic decision to expand the European market with Poland as its operational Hub.
Description
-
Lead a greenfield supply chain operation in Europe, ensure go-live project
-
Introduce and manage e-fulfillment solution across EU countries to obtain best in class service for competitive rates and set up
-
Lead warehousing, dispatching and returns teams to ensure successful home deliveries
-
Develop, implement and monitor KPI's and measurement tools to follow up on activities
-
Challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement of processes and costs
-
Develop processes, infrastructure and set-up in whole supply chain
-
Find gaps and possible risk, build contingency plans
Profile
-
University degree in Economics or relevant
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in managing bigger Logistics Distribution structures
-
Experience in working in an international 3PL or a bigger e-commerce company
-
Fluency in logistics, warehousing techniques and technology solutions (including modern WMS systems) available on market
-
Ability to convey a clear and compelling vision and make the connection between vision and daily work

Cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence to work successfully across borders
-
Strong customer mindset, stakeholder insight and relation building ability
-
Hands-on approach and project management orientation
-
Fluency in English
