The Company

This is a packaging and distribution site for drugs. In our site in Breda we do the secondary packaging for drugs that we have developed at out international sites. Next to that we are responsible for the distribution for the drugs all over Europe.This all happens in a GDP environment.

Role Description

We are looking for an analytical person who has the right negotiation and influencing skills. Do you have experience in Project management and operational excellence? Than this might be the right position for you!

Responsibilities

- Create and maintain internal and external relationships
- Identify problems, actively look for process improvement and make recommendations
- Make sure that project deadline are meet within the budget and are GDP compliance
- Stakeholder management
- Collaborate with supply chain partners
- Perform regular performance and business reviews with supply chain partners on current business, escalations, reporting and improvements
- Setup and approve new supply chain partners

Requirements

- Master’s degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain/Logistics, Change Management or Industrial Engineering
- 4+ years relevant logistics experience, in a GMP/GDP environment
- Supply chain, cold chain and warehousing expertise
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Look for collaboration with new supply chain partners
