• Enable Growth by successful manage the systems and implement improvements, while secure the daily Operation.
Key challenges:
• Cooperation and collaboration with 3PL’s, Cross functional team/project management, stakeholder management
• Motivate our 3PL’s and carriers to provide excellent service, escalate when needed
Key motivators for the right candidate:
• Be the lead in Daily operational topics and coordinate various actions and has the drive to realise improvement actions,
• Cooperate with different stakeholder: internal & external stakeholders
• Provide and gain Best practices between various BU’s (Business Units)
• Being responsible and has a special intrest for implementing improvements that result in better performance,
• Cooperate with 3PL’s and speak the same language
• Being part of a Supply Chain team
• Being part of an international company
• +/- 3 years of work experience within Customer Service or a Logistics role
• Understanding of FMCG processess
• Comfortably communicating and acting with exernal relations
• Possess positive & “can-do” attitude with driven personality
• Personal drive to “make things happen”
• NL written & spoken (must) and ENG (nice to have)
• Experience with a ERP system, SAP
• Experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Role Description
The Logistics Coordinator is part of the BLX Supply Chain Team. The BLX SC consists of Logistics MD & Reporting, Demand Planning, Customer Service and Quality department. The Logistics Coordinator will need to work together with the other Supply Chain functions as well with Finance and the CBS organisation. He/She will also need to connect / built a network x-BU in order to get and share best practices and built a relationship with 3PL’s.He/she will have a positive impact on the customer satisfaction and reduction of cost.

Requirements
• Educational background minimal MBO or ‘Middelbaar onderwijs’• +/- 3 years of work experience within Customer Service or a Logistics role
• Understanding of FMCG processess
• Comfortably communicating and acting with exernal relations
• Possess positive & “can-do” attitude with driven personality
• Personal drive to “make things happen”
• NL written & spoken (must) and ENG (nice to have)
