Key responsibilities: while working as a Local Compliance Officer you will be responsible for proactive participation in relevant compliance and investigation trainings; adapting globally provided policies, creating training content dedicated to local market’s needs, and locally advising in compliance area. The scope of duties also contains monitoring, analyzing, assessing and recording local business transactions, processes, structures, relations; promoting an effective Compliance Program and providing training on compliance topics to local employees.
You need to have min. 2-year experience in the compliance area, strong result driven attitude, good analytical skills and judgment, the ability of fast familiarization with new and complex tasks. Having Master Degree in Business, Economics, Law or similar specialization will be an asset. Moreover, you should be a proficient user of MS Office and speak fluently in English. Quality decision-making is a must, as well as providing motivation and empowering employees. You need to have compliance/ legal and business acumen, be very self-confident and self-assertive. It is demanded to have communication, intercultural, collaboration, project management, problem solving skills.
