Opis stanowiska pracy

Your role:

Perform 3rd level support to all customers infrastructure and develop solutions in following areas:

  • Public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure)
  • Scripting (Perl, bash, php, etc.) in order to automate and create interfaces between tools
  • Monitoring tools and related technologies (Zabbix, Nagios, API, SNMP)
  • Json
  • Automation – Ansible
  • Windows administration
  • Linux administration
  • Network
  • Virtualization
  • Applications servers and tomcat administration
  • SNMP/MIB/traps
  • Databases (MySQL, MSSQL) + SQL

 

Responsibilities:

As a level 3 support expert You will be responsible for taking care of the technical part of projects related with Your expertise e.g.:

  • Migration of physical equipment to virtual environments
  • Migration of virtual environment to Public Clouds
  • Support of SopraSteria cloud solutions (hardware, virtualization, OS, automation support)
  • Build and Support Azure Stack solution
  • Automate routine activities of Level 2 and Level 1 support teams
  • Implement complex monitoring solutions for external and internal customers (end-to-end monitoring, Public Cloud and Virtual environments monitoring, physical equipment monitoring)
  • Automate cloud and virtual environments operations
  • Support applications (Service Manager, Kaspersky, Landesk, Zabbix, Nagios)
  • Participate in transitions with our customers
  • Participate in preparation of a POC solutions to test solutions available on the market
  • Act as an escalation point for L2 support teams
  • Cooperate closely with architects during early phase of projects
  • Propose and implement enhancement to current solutions
