Our Client is the global company, the leader within the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities: you will be responsible for working on client contracts on the Polish market, contract reviewing and bid strategies. You will be reviewing and approving processes as well. The scope of duties also contains participating in negotiation and execution of contracts with clients and suppliers; reviewing, analyzing and drafting vendor contracts, agreements or any other commercial documentation.
You need to have min. 7-year experience as a practicing lawyer/legal counsel with commercial contracts in private practice or in-house or in a law department in a multinational company (preferably financial sector). MA in Law is a must. Moreover, you should be fluent in English. You should be accustomed to work independently under pressure. Having previous experience in representation in court would be an asset.
