- Developing document templates and HR policies with an European look
- Advise in negotiations with work councils
- Supervising external lawyers supporting the HR organization
- Contribute to the design of best practices and HR processes from a legal perspective
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of employment law advisory
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

- Advise in negotiations regarding hiring, terminations or disciplinary actions under the Dutch law- Developing document templates and HR policies with an European look
- Advise in negotiations with work councils
- Supervising external lawyers supporting the HR organization
- Contribute to the design of best practices and HR processes from a legal perspective
Requirements
- Dutch law degree- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of employment law advisory
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
