Our client, an international company is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join their team in Poznan. This position will be responsible for ensuring high level of Learning & development initiatives to develop employees to continuously increase performance for the individual and the business in the region.

Your new role
As a Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for responsible for the implementation of regional Learning & Development agenda to meet the strategic needs, compliance to Group L&D standard and principles, constant improvement, development and strengthening of learning & development process. Working with Business partner and managers, also provide support and guidance for Country and Local HR.

What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate will have a relevant University degree (preferably in HR, Coaching etc.) as well as 2-5 years’ working experience on learning&development position. You have to haveability in facilitating, training and coaching. Advanced knowledge of English and Polish is a must.
