For our Client, international company based in DÄ…browa Górnicza, we are currently looking for Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Lead
Your new role
You will take part in building an Oracle competence center in Poland. Holding this position you will be responsible for Oracle HCM Cloud solution in cooperation with business in international team across Europe. You will be a team lead for the local technical support teams. Your scope of responsibilities includes analysis of business clients needs, implementation of changes within Oracle Cloud HCM, and follow-up new versions of the Oracle cloud solution. Additionally, you will test new solutions, create documentation and provide training for end users.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you need to have hands-on experience as a consultant of Oracle HCM Cloud solution, knowledge about integration with others HR’s systems, as well as, software development lifecycle. Familiarity with other application around HCM process will be a plus. Due to work in international environment you must have very good English language skills. You should be able to work with people from different countries and culture.
