Lead IT Business Analyst
The High-Pressure Connectors Division EMEA is one of the largest businesses in company. Besides the classic DIN (Ermeto) and SAE fittings, quick couplings, multi coupler, flanges, valves, tubes, SensoControl measuring devices, tube forming and pre-assembly machines are part of the HPCE product range and are manufactured in several locations.
Client Details
Company manufactures hydraulic connectors, valves, measurement attachments (EMA), quick couplings (UPTC) and others. The products are used in hydraulic systems in machines and utility vehicles, loaders, cranes. Currently the facility has ~360 employees in quality, engineering, planning and logistics, HR, finance, facility management and manufacturing.
IT at manufacturing locations is part of the Divisional and Corporate IT structures and plays a vital enabling role and helps business fulfill its goals and satisfy customers.

Description
The role reports directly to IT Manager at the location.
The key responsibilities include:
- Analysis of business processes and requirements in manufacturing environment
- Elaboration and implementation of software solution in ERP centric application environment
- Project management
- Fundamentals of software development, SQL/codeless/scripting and programming in the Parker IT system environment
- Systematic incident and problem resolution with analysis and elimination of root causes
- Close collaboration with the level 3 support centers (EMEA, US)
- IT support for the HPCE international locations
Profile
We would like to hear from you if you have:
- University degree
- 2-3 years IT systems knowledge, 1 year in manufacturing environment
- ERP systems implementation and/or support experience (JDE or SAP preferred)
- Skills and experience in development tools (MS Office 365, MS SQL, PowerApps, .Net, Azure cloud etc.) is considered a plus
- Multi-national company experience
- Good spoken and written Polish and English
- Experience in analysis of business situations and development of proposals and solutions, supported with experience in coordination within internal and external IT Support Teams
- Good team spirit, positive attitude, oriented at solution
- Occasionally work in non-standard schedules
- Willingness to business travel (max 25%)
