For our Client, a multinational production company from automotive industry located in Åšwidnica, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as a Launch Coordinator.
Reporting directly to Launch Manager, the person on this position will be mainly accountable for conducting and implementing new projects in the company. Dedicated to one of them, led for one of company’s key clients, he/she will need to meet project requirements, budget and time as well as track the progress of product and costs and manage development process. He/she will be in charge of delegated project team (up to 4-5 people).
To be successful in this role you should have at least 3 years of experience on a similar position (manufacturing / implementation experience) and at least bachelor's / engineering degree in technical area.
A good candidate would have a proven track of experience in conducting projects in automotive industry and a very good command of English. Our Client is seeking a person who is passionate about his/her job and possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills combined with developed capability to work effectively with others.
