THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
The company is an international manufacturer and developer of food and savory products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The laboratory technician will check the quality of varying products that are being developed in the product development department. You will test the product samples in both microbiological and analytical laboratories using a broad range of techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- perform microbiological & chemical-physical testing of raw materials, finished products and protoypes
- complete the test results in accordance with company standards and take action in out-of-spec situations
- identify and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- maintain work area in a clean, orderly manner
REQUIREMENTS
- education in MLO- or HLO/Bachelor level with a specialization in Food Technology (Chemistry or Microbiology)
- knowledge of cGMP and cGLP regulations
- at least 1 year experience working in a laboratory within the Food- or Agricultural Industry
- excellent verbal and written skills in the English language
