Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The organization is looking for a Laboratory Quality Coordinator for the Clinical research unit. The Coordinator participates in the implementation of ISO 17025 and 15189 for lab procedures. You will implement and validate new assays in clinical chemistry, hematological and coagulation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in the implementation of ISO 17025 and 15189.
- Identify and implement new operational work processes to improve laboratory safety.
- Ensure compliance of processes for all activities.
- Develop and maintain quality processes and SOP's.
- Participation in the implementation of the LIMS system.
- Monitoring quality indicators, treatment of non-conformities and claims.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Bio Medical Biology or similar
- Fluent in French and English
- Minimum of 3 years experience in ISO 17025 or/and 15189
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in clinical research and analytical techniques
- Track record of accomplishments in clinical or laboratory setting
