Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
De laborant microbiologie werkt op de afdeling kwaliteitscontrole waar hij/zij zich bezig houdt met de controle van diverse samples uit productie. Hiervoor ben je voornamelijk bezig met het inzetten van microbiologische testen, maar er komen ook incidenteel enkele fysische en chemische analyses bij kijken.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- monsterbereiding voor grondstoffen en eindproducten
- uitvoeren van diverse klassieke microbiologische analyses
- incidentele inzet van fysische, chemische en sensorisch testen
- uitvoering van conformiteitscontroles en hygiëne inspecties
REQUIREMENTS
- afgeronde MBO opleiding in Voedingsmiddelentechnologie of MLO
- enkele jaren werkervaring in de food industrie
- kennis van ISO 17025 of GMP richtlijnen is een sterke plus
- nauwkeurig werken en een proactieve instelling
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
