ROLE DESCRIPTION
De laborant wordt onderdeel van het team dat zich toelegt op de inzet van eitwitanalyse op de grondstoffen, tussenfabricaten en eindproducten van uiteenlopende levensmiddelen. Je krijgt het beheer over het volledige analyseproces van monsterbereiding, instrumentele analyse tot rapportage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- monstervoorbehandeling en instrumentele analyse door middel van bijv, HPLC
- verwerken van de analyseresultaten in LIMS
- rapportage van resultaten
REQUIREMENTS
- MLO/MBO4 opleiding in de Analytische Chemie of Levensmiddelentechnologie
- werk- of stage-ervaring in een laboratorium is een sterke plus
- in staat om zelfstandig en gedisciplineerd te werken
- goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels in woord- en schrift
