THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
They specialise in cell cultures and work in close association with European and American biotech companies. Furthermore they offer various services, such as cell culture development, quality control, and GMP-certified production facilities.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be working under the supervision of a lab manager alongside young professionals on the production of cell-culture products. Your responsibility will be to enforce GMP-standards in a cleanroom environment. In this role you will provide a valuable contribution to research on cell cultures for various international clients.
This function will be for 7 months with possible extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will play a key role in the production and analysis of cell cultures
- Executing cell culture procedures
- Preparing media for clients
- Documenting procedures according to GMP-standards
- Assisting in various lab tasks (e.g. room clearance, trouble shooting, logistics, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science or a technical qualification in the areas of cell culturing or cell biology
- Able to work according to GMP-standards
- Work experience with cell culturing and analysis
- Able to speak English fluently
- Able to work flexible hours
