L3 Support Specialist
Location: BiałystokThe challenges waiting for you:
- Acting as 3rd level of support within small team of professionals
- Responsible mostly for Incident Management as well as Problem Change Management
- Keeping track of service records in accordance with ITIL and best company policy practices
- Work within international environment
- Working with documentation
Required skills:
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix
- Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken
- Customer support experience, or previous customer facing role with good interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
- Effective and efficient problem solving skills with ability to prioritize the workload
- Must be independent, self-motivated, a team player and have a people-oriented personality
- Good understanding of ITIL proven by experience especially Incident, Problem Change and Release Management
- Good understanding of project documentation and Document Management process
