ROLE DESCRIPTION
Deze dynamische organisatie is op zoek naar een ambitieuze en energieke Quality Manager op full-time basis. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de kwaliteitssystemen en een team van 13 QA / QC-functionarissen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Kwaliteitssystemen ontwikkelen / verbeteren en ondersteunen
- Beheer interne / externe audits
- Contactpersoon met betrekking tot kwaliteit en grondstoffen
- Verantwoordelijk voor analytische controle en ondersteuning van het klachtenbeheer
- Delegeer verantwoordelijkheden met betrekking tot voedselveiligheid
- Verslag aan de General Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. of MSc. in voedingsmiddelentechnologie en kennis van microbiologie een must
-> 8 jaar ervaring in de voedingsindustrie
- Kennis van ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC en GMP
- Must: vloeiend in Engels Nice to have: Nederlands en Duits
- Ervaring met SAP, Change Management en Project Management is een plus
