For our client, an international company in energy industry, we are looking for a Mid/Senior Kotlin/Java backend developer with DevOps skills -
expressed by “You build it, you run it” sentence.
Your new role
You will participate in development and operation of the data streaming and the big-data products from a technical perspective. You will work on daily basis with the Product Owner, testers and full-stack developers. You will monitor, scale and operate over the built and used software. Writing unit tests is a standard for us.
What you'll need to succeed
● Mid/Senior-level skills in Kotlin/Java backend development
● Know-how of Linux/containerised environment (Docker, Kubernetes)
● Knowledge of Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ or other message brokers
● Knowledge of PostgreSQL database (or other SQL-like database systems)
● Experience in test automation (Unit testing) and observability practices
● Good communication in English
