Knowledge Coordinator

Our Client is a global company that deals with strategic and operational consultancy in Poland. The company is well-know and has a well-established position on the market. It has numerous offices located all around the world and it supports over 1000 experienced specialists in Poland. Its Clients use knowledge and experience of international experts whose ultimate goal is to improve Client's results.
Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are currently looking for a person who would like to become a team player in the local team for our Client on an Knowledge Coordinator position. The candidate will be responsible for work with the practices to build and maintain reference case library of impact cases, including industry, function, domain, keywords, methodologies and impact delivered; collaborate with the practices to organize and maintain our most up-to-date knowledge assets like domains, qualifications materials, sanitized LOPs, CXO documents and workshop materials, CVs, and client references and testimonials; insurance of process compliance around knowledge management and suggest process improvements; be first point of contact for inquiries about Advanced Analytics materials, like Use Cases, LOPs, Qual packs, and other knowledge assets; update the Analytics 1st alert App and collect input to implement enhancements; maintain a list of analytics contacts and expertise and validate with the different practices; manage and update the scorecard containing metrics related to knowledge management across practices.

We are looking forward to meeting Candidates who:
BA degree (or higher)
Advanced English language skills (at least B2 or higher)
Proven organizational skills working with complex diaries under time pressure
Experience with Alteryx and Tableau, or desire to become proficient. Advanced Excel skills are the foundation
Outstanding interpersonal skills (as well as highly professional telephone presence)
Strong problem solving skills
Familiarity of how to work within the global firm and across cultures in various regions
Interest and excitement around the value that can be unlocked through Advanced Analytics
