Opis stanowiska pracy

Our Client is one of the leading companies from the manufacturing sector. This company is well recognized and trustworthy employer in the whole world. Due to the growth this organization, we are looking for professionals who are ready to join to the Production MAnager position.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the production plan complying with the assigned objectives of budget, time, cost and quality.
  • Ensure the coordination of the Composites Shop (both from the management and production point of view) – 3 production departments, approximately 440 employees
  • Monitor the progress of the production activities within the shop, analyzing possible causes of deviation from the program and the schedule and proposing corrective actions.
  • Ensure the processing of the workloads plan and the operational plan of the Composites Shop, highlighting the critical issues and ensuring consistency between workloads, availability of manpower / materials / equipment.
  • Ensure the formulation of the program related to material needs for quantity and time of use, in order to ensure the proper supply to manufacturing departments.
  • Manage priorities and the relevant control of the actions related to the problems of the machines and plants maintenance, agreeing with the maintenance activities, timing and planning of activities, both in relation to routine maintenance and to those planned.
  • Ensure improvement plans aimed at a constant optimization and efficiency of processes.
  • Ensure proper management and development of human resources guaranteeing the growth of know-how and the continuous awareness on the problems of FOD, job security and quality.
