Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
This multinational company has a proven trackrecord within the Medical Devices industry, where it is widely considered as an industry leader.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
For the launch of a new product our client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager. From this point, you will develop and maintain client relationships with the clients within your region. You will be in continuous contact with professionals in hospitals, and therefore it is expected that you have the ability to communicate in a professional manner with the said professionals. You will coordinate the sales representatives in your team and prep them to achieve the highest succes rate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives
- Establish contact with relevant professionals in the hospital environment
- Expand business with current clients, and provide after sales-care if necessary
- Meet annual sales targets, and make sure your team will meet those targets as well
REQUIREMENTS
The company has the following demands for the applicants:
- Bsc, preferably in a Sales or Marketing related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the Medical Devices industry, management experience is considered a plus
- Available, and willing to travel frequently >50% of the time
- Comfortable in meeting the highest executive hospital professionals
- Fluent in Dutch and English
