For our client from financial area that is a great provider of research and analytics services we are looking for KDB+/Q Developer.

Your new role
KDB+/Q Developer will join an existing development team in a big investment bank. The Candidate will be working in KDB technology team and their duty will be to help to build and maintain high availability, globally deployed systems. A long list of new features needs to be developed in this project. Strong software engineering skills are required as this is role is not restricted to understanding the technology, but also the business requirements and architectural vision of the platforms

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate you need to be strong Q developer with 3+ years of experience in developing KDB+ systems. On this position it is also required to be familiar with Unix/Linux development environments and to have experience with Jira and Confluence. Moreover, the Candidates should have experience in translating business requirements, in testing and integrating secure components into large, complex codebase and inworking with an agile delivery model. Knowledge of python is very desirable.
