Junior Specialist with EnglishMiejsce pracy: Wrocław
Your responsibilities:
- Calling, emailing, customers requesting payment status on past due balances in a professional and courteous manner
- Researching all credits, balance dues in their entirety
- Follow set escalation process on problematic accounts
- Provide timely and professional service
- Providing clear documentation to the customer and branches requesting resolution
Our requirements:
- English C1 proficiency in speaking and writing
- Organizational skills
- Good communications skills
- Ability to use own judgment and make decisions
- Previous experience with Costumers is nice to have
