Your new role
- Working closely with Staffing Specialists, Hiring Managers and HR Generalists to understand the future recruitment requirements
- Developing and delivering candidate attraction strategies and effectively managing the talent pool of candidates
- Identifying solutions on how to attract talent to meet the business needs
- Scheduling and conducting prescreen interviews, short-listing appropriate candidates whilst ensuring that the recruitment SLA’s are met
- Searching for candidates using innovative or alternative tools and methods
- Reviewing applications and regularly updating the recruitment database according to the sourcing process
- Posting recruitment ads on internal and external sites
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in Romanian and English
- Minimum 1 year in a recruitment related position
- Knowledge of the MS Office package
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
This position is based in Cracow, Poland.
