Your goal is to execute the food safety an quality strategy of the Specialty Ingredients business in EMEAI. You will be responsible for
ensuring that products and processes meet standards set by both the company and regulatory bodies. To organize this you will need to be the liaison between customers, manufacturing sites, warehouses and internal departments on relevant quality related matters.
- Answer customer inquiries accurately in time (complaints, questionnaires, food safety concerns, documentation, etc.)
- Ensuring quality compliance regarding the manufacture and sale of WFSI ingredients in EMEAI
- Ensure that SOP's and HACCP system is defined, updated and monitored
- Execute internal and external QA audits and accompany external auditors
- Train sales and logistic teams in relevant QA procedures
- Manage the European quality SharePoint site
- Monitor returned goods and approve next steps to be taken
- Sampling/testing finished goods for customs purposes.
- Support supplier/Copacker qualification and review support product related certifications
(e.g. kosher, halal, and organic).
- Preparing and checking the CoA’s
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Food safety and quality systems experience
- Knowledge of Process Improvement

Further down the line you will also work various teams, consisting out of Operations, Customer Service, Sales, external warehouses and manufacturing sites located in Europe, US, Brazil and China.Your goal is to execute the food safety an quality strategy of the Specialty Ingredients business in EMEAI. - Cooperate with Quality Managers and Technical support teams of processing factories- Answer customer inquiries accurately in time (complaints, questionnaires, food safety concerns, documentation, etc.)
- Ensuring quality compliance regarding the manufacture and sale of WFSI ingredients in EMEAI
- Ensure that SOP's and HACCP system is defined, updated and monitored
- Execute internal and external QA audits and accompany external auditors

Requirements
- Relevant bachelor degree- 3 years of relevant experience
- Food safety and quality systems experience
- Knowledge of Process Improvement
