THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
This is an ambitious organization that is mainly focused on the packaging industry for sweeteners. They are part of a bigger company so growth possibilities and space to develop is more than possible.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This organization is looking for a Junior QA Manager. Someone that still wants to grow and to develop the management skills. You will be responsible for a team of 2 colleagues and you will report to the Plant Manager. This position is for the period of 38 hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve, control and manager QA systems (BRC)
- Create awareness of food safety on the work floor
- Develop and improve the quality skills in the organization
- Look for new opportunities to improve this systems
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. in Food Technology or similar study
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry
- Speaks Dutch and English
- Knowledge of de QA systems like BRC and HACCP
