- Role will give full support to and will receive guidance from Co-manufacturing sourcing manager.
- 8 NPD projects for delivery end 2019
- 6 new supplier qualifications
- Supplier based in EU and Asia
- Feed Value leadership ideas into 2020 pipe line for comanufacturing (4% saving).
- Collaborates with Supplier Quality Assurance, Global and Regional Strategic Sourcing Teams and other involved functions on a monitoring of supplier performance to make sure that all materials are purchased in compliance to EMQM/MQM (quality standards), internal and external policies, quality standards and requirements of Social Responsibility Audit and the Quality Audit.
- Excellence in execution of NPD comanufacturing projects.
- Establishment of processes & procedures related to various materials categories,
- Implementing Sourcing strategy’s in supply sites
- Support and execution of Value Creation initiatives to deliver COGs 4% targets
- Effective support of new product launches
- Being onsite ambassador for commercial and first point of contact for all comanufacturing escalations
- Managing buying, negotiation, RFQ of smaller categories such as starch and pasta.
- Support communications to key stakeholders
- Project manage NPD and new supplier activities
- Represent commercial function in ATG
• 2 years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience in a progressive Procurement environment preferred;
• Ability to work under pressure, high level of stress resistance
• Solid computer skills; experience in SAP systems is a plus
• Effective communicator; excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Able to represent commercial in local SCMR, MQM, review meetings when required.
• Negotiation
• Ability to travel (app. 15% of time)

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree; Procurement, Logistics/Materials Management preferred• 2 years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience in a progressive Procurement environment preferred;
