Job responsibilities:
- Running end to end recruitment processes for IT and Business positions
- Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels in CEE region
- Building and maintaining trustworthy, long term relationships with candidates
- Cooperating with stakeholders and colleagues in developing successful relations with Clients
Requirements:
- Renowned education background in the field of Economics, Management or adequate Social Studies
- Basic Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, methodologies and channels
- Basic knowledge on the Technology market specifics, roles and trends
- Very good command of English (C1), working knowledge of Polish (B1)
- Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented, critical thinking, problem solving, consulting attitude
Nice to have:
- Other European language is a huge plus: French or German or Ukrainian or Russian
- Completed internship(s) in Consulting business or HR departments

- participation in a selected recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed for a given position,
