We are looking for positions:
- HR Admin
- Recruitment Admin
- PD & Learning Admin
- Junior TalentResearcher
On this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to the HR/Recruitment in people data management, reference letters, visa letters and immigration processes, exits and terminations, new hires employment contracts, onboarding and mobility support
- Work closely with local HR, Recruiting, Professional Development, Learning and Payroll team
- Administer processes, programs and databases
- Creating and updating employee’s profiles in the personal system
- Sourcing for the best Candidate to join our Company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
- 6 months of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Very good MS Excel skills
- Very good verbal and written language skills English
- Strong analytical thinking and basic problem solving skill
