In the position as (Junior) Global Supply Chain Coordinator you will be part of the Supply Chain team that manages all intercompany replenishment and/or supply to third party customers for the Global Business Unit.

Role Description

• Lead the ‘call off planning’ of the product supply
• Organize and coordinate transportation from the Manufacturing Operations to the distribution warehouse through the primary distribution network.
• Interact with the global planning team regarding packing site demand and supply planning.
• Manage the inventory and coordinate the physical product flow between Manufacturing Operations, distribution centre and packaging sites.

Responsibilities

• Escalate potential supply chain risks to the central team in Germany.
• Coordinate on inbound material planning.
• Coordination of Inventory reconciliation
• Process support with providing samples for quality release purposes.
• Support with custom documents where required.
• Troubleshooting and able to find creative solutions based on a solid understanding of the relevant processes to ensure a high supply performance.
• Create contacts and purchase orders in SAP system.
• Raise and maintain required master data: material set-up, contracts, bill of materials

Requirements

- Professional degree in, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Operation or any relevant qualification or comparable degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supply Chain related position or in a comparable position within a similar international business environment.
- Experience working with supply chain ERP and purchasing systems such as SAP has a strong preference.
- Worked in and international, export and import environment.
- Preferably worked in a Pharma or FMCG environment.

• Able to develop and establish this new role in a complex and constantly changing matrix organization.
• Ability to build planning and supply chain knowledge and capabilities.
• Disciplined to work highly accurate based on a strict calendar of activities.
