On behalf of our Client, which is a start-up Shared Service Center in Gdańsk and an international leader in its field, we are looking for Junior Data Administrator.
Your new role
As a part of our Meter Reading department, you will be mainly responsible for accurate input of meter readings into the system with specific focus on process efficiency. Your duty will be to ensure that tickets and requests to upload meter readings are executed within SLAs, to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be expected to ensure that all non-validated meter readings are communicated back to the originating SSC or a party in a timely basis. Other responsibilities will include identifying process efficiency to increase speed, accuracy & timeliness of transnational processing and ensuring that queries and tickets are resolved quickly and accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent command of English language in reading, speaking and writing. We are looking for detailed-oriented and customer focused Candidate with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Excel experience and Oracle system knowledge will be a huge asset as well as higher education degree.
