For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Poznanwe are currently looking for junior Candidate with knowledge of English to fill the role of Junior CRM Specialist.
While working as CRM Specialist you willbe a member of a global CRM (Client Relationship Management) team responsible for managing communication with Clients. You will be a part of truly international team based in Poland, Asia and USA. Your day to day job will include maintaining and updating Clients’ records in CRM system; sending newsletters and other marketing campaigns to clients, analyzing the results of those campaigns.
As ideal Candidate you should be a fluent English speaker who holds a BA Degree(ideally in Management, Marketing & Communication, International Relations). You need to have very good MS Office skills and be interested in marketing & communication. We are looking for team players with very good analytical and problem solving skills.
